"Fat Tuesday" Pancake Dinner

"Fat Tuesday" is a literal translation of the French Mardi Gras. Fat Tuesday is always the day before Ash Wednesday, which marks the beginning of Lent (a 40-day period [plus Sundays] of preparation for Easter)
