Create Your Space is an experience designed to provide a safe, creative outlet for all navigating stress, transition, or simply looking to reconnect with themselves in a new way. The event is for the INTROVERT and the EXTROVERT.

This art therapy series is centered around coloring, puzzles, and creating as a medium for self-expression and relaxation. It’s a childlike, healthy way for attendees of all ages to decompress. Research continues to show that creative engagement can significantly reduce stress and promote emotional wellness.

Through the therapeutic power of color, creativity, and community, you’ll engage in simple art that promotes emotional wellness, self-awareness, and restoration — no artistic experience required!

Triangle Coffee House, a Black-owned coffee shop and community gem — the perfect setting to nurture meaningful connection in a beautiful, welcoming space.
