Join us for a delightful evening of indulgence at West End Wine Bar! 

You'll be provided with a box to enjoy your wonderful creation later and you can order drinks and food directly from the bar. The cake design that we'll be recreating will be posted on Instagram

Thank you for purchasing a ticket to Cake and Sip. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent with our refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Full refunds are available for requests made at least 14 days prior to the event date.
• Partial refunds (50%) are available for requests made between 7-13 days before the event.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Processing fees and service charges are non-refundable.
• Tickets purchased through third-party vendors may be subject to their own refund policies.

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• If the event is canceled, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.
• If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the reschedule announcement.

5. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
