In this session we’ll explore the four core elements of wellness:
1. Physical health –Food – nourishing ourselves; food is medicine; or poison. We have choices; we have the ability to educate ourselves.

2. Mental Health – are you always in your head? Do you have means by which you turn your thinking brain off? You are not your thoughtsand you are bigger than your emotions.
3. Emotional Health –actions and reactions. Your ability to navigate the highs and lows.
4. Energetic Health – the connection to your non-physical self. It is scientifically proven that we are all vibrational energy and that everything is connected. How well connected are you?
You will learn about:
o Healthy versus Unhealthy Needs Fulfillment – how to you make yourself feel better without using external sources.
o Acceptance – of yourself and others – how to let go of anger and/or resentment, which create stress and higher levels of cortisol in the body.
o Self-Esteem and How To Build It – making your wel-being a priority
o Improving Consistency to Achieve Your Goals – small changes = success
You will discover how to:
