JAX 4x4x48

Ponte Vedra Ruck Club is proud to support Recovery RX in this year’s 4x4x48 hosted by CrossFit 904. The 4x4x48 challenge is simple. Just ruck 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. Sounds simple right…. 🤣🤣🤣. Don’t worry we have a plan to make it an event that everyone can participate it. Our plan is to have some of our Ruckers treat this like a relay race. Our goal is to have some of our Ruckers show up for each and every shift. We have paid for a sponsorship so this event costs you nothing but if you feel so inclined to make a donation or by some swag it would be much obliged. This will be a patch event!! Post in the discussion of the event which segments you want to participate in and I will coordinate a roster for us. The hosts will post more details about the event logistics but start marking your calendars and tagging your ruck buddies to get some miles in with you.
