GUNNERS Fitness is hosting the class under the trees in our courtyard - stay for some brekkie and a browse through our gallery and shop. The perfect start to your weekend and the last chance to see the RMA Young Artists' Project exhibitions currently on show in our gallery! Guided by GUNNERS, this flow session blends intentional movement, grounding breathwork, and mindful energy to set the tone for your weekend. It's more than just a class; it's about cultivating balance, presence, and belonging.

MUST BRING: Yoga mat, water bottle & good vibes!

R100 a ticket. By purchasing a ticket you are also supporting the arts in KZN - R25 of each ticket will go towards KZNSA Gallery programmes.
