Electric Fencing for Fruit Trees Demo

Join Bear Smart Durango for a demonstration and tips for setting up temporary electric fencing to protect fruit trees from bears, and get hands-on experience in doing so.

Various options and materials will be discussed and attendees will assist in installing a quick and easy system that can easily be removed after bear season.

Ample parking is available, but carpooling is recommended. Apple cider refreshments will be provided and we're pleased having The Good Food Collective on hand as well! Sorry, no pets please.

Note that CR 240 is more commonly known as Florida Rd. Its a narrow, long driveway going up to the location.
