The poetry of movement - a Biodanza workshop

Have you ever experienced hearing just the right words to capture or express something you’ve felt or lived? And when you hear those words, you feel something, and perhaps you are finally able to express your internal experience.

Self-expression can also come when we move our bodies – the right movement can allow us to open and express ourselves emotionally. It can even change how we move through the world, how we live.

This workshop will explore our self-expression through poetry and Biodanza. It includes a brief introduction to Biodanza, some personal writing exercises, a guided movement and dance session in a group, and a break with light refreshments. No dance or writing experience required.
