I am so excited to offer “Summer Breeze “ a beautiful nourishing and light hearted weekend of goodness , connection and pure bliss!
Morning yoga practice, silent breakfast , Art therapy,
Dance, Drumming, Nature, delicious vegetarian food, walks,
Massage and lots and lots of fun!!!
Inspired by the first weekend in Summer and the song Summer Breeze by Seals and Crofts ( have a listen 🤩) this retreat is all about joy and lifting you up as we enter the festive season.
Summer Breeze is also an amazing opportunity for you to deeply relax with delicious meals lovingly prepared for you, nourishing workshops, and overall just good vibes.
It can also be a time for reflection to look within and reset before we enter a new year.
Enjoy a cup of tea, nature walk, read a book, treatment, swim. rest or workshops which are optional allowing you to go with your own flow for the weekend.
Running retreats now for the last 15 years one of the stand out messages from Women is how truly supported they feel by the women they meet on retreat.
Many women have come along not knowing anyone and by the end of the weekend they feel truly grateful for the beautiful conversations they have encountered and connections made.
This truly is the magic that happens when women come together, we don’t have to try, it is just what it is ❤️🙏

Located North West of Sydney on 60 acres of bushland, Swami's is your save haven for relaxation and personal growth.
* 40+ year old yoga centre, founded by Swami Saraswati, with daily yoga classes since its inception, creates a space highly conducive for learning, connecting and meditation.

Early bird offer is $795pp
With a $195 deposit to secure your place and balance paid by 31st of August to receive early bird 🙌
Or $895 with $195 deposit and welcome to pay off with regular payments with balance due by October.
