Sound Bath Meditation with Audra at DURAL

Starting your week off right is so important for your physical health and mental wellbeing.

If you've never tried a Sound Bath before, this class is perfect for anyone seeking balance, relaxation, and rejuvenation.

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, Koshi chimes and other musical instruments to create healing vibrations that flow through your body.

Yoga mat is provided to lie on, but for extra comfort you might like to bring a pillow, blanket and eye mask (these are optional).
