Using soothing sounds from various instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, this session helps to reduce stress, calm the mind, and restore balance to the body. Let the vibrations wash over you, creating a peaceful environment to release tension and reconnect with your inner self. No prior meditation experience is required—just bring an open mind and a willingness to unwind.
