CONTINUING EDUCATION LESSON 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Managing Momentum, by Pierce Collins!
Compression and Extension are techniques commonly used in many dance styles to generate and redirect momentum, essential to moves like sugar pushes, passbys, laterals, and many more. We'll be exploring multiple ways to generate and release this energy to add a wide variety of momentum-based moves to your repertoire!
BEGINNER LESSON 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Let us know if you're new to dance, and Pierce/Elizabeth will be happy to teach you the fundamentals of Fusion!
