Spokes & Folks - guided leisure cycle ride!

Join us for Spokes & Folks! An all-our-welcome cycle ride, looping out of The Cycling Hub, at The Farmstead Linmere, for an hour-or so of gentle cycling through Linmere and Houghton Regis 🚴‍♂️ 🚴‍♀️ 🚴 🧒 👶 😃 😃

This ride is ideal for families, kids, leisure riders and those looking to do something healthy and get to know the local cycling routes 🏡 🍃 🌳

Guided by our resident expert rider, Graham, who'll help anyone, of any level, get out and discover the magic of cycling! 🤓 🤓

At the end of the ride, you'll be rewarded with a free hot beverage or cold drink, at ROAM cafe - proper coffee, hot chocolate or soft drinks ☕ 🫖 🥛 🧃
