Nicola will be bringing peanut balls and birth balls to talk about positions for labour and birth.
Meet up for anyone who is planning a home birth, or thinking about it, and anyone who has had a home birth, in South Bedfordshire, or any of the surrounding areas.
Share stories, ask/answer questions.
Women/birthing people and partners. Children welcome.
Practitioners welcome (midwives, doulas, antenatal teachers, etc). Please tell your clients about the group.
Free to attend. No need to book.
The sessions will be supported by me (Cathy, Chilled Mama, home birth mum, doula and antenatal teacher) and experienced home birth midwife Nicola Ward (Your Independent Midwife).

The home birth group is monthly, alternating between Leighton Buzzard and Toddington/Flitwick.
