Birding with Parks ~ Johnson Pond Trail

Join Citrus County Parks and Recreation for an exciting Birding with Parks experience led by Florida Naturalist and Recreation Program Specialist Alice Mary Herden. Participants will explore the unique and diverse habitats of various locations, embarking on guided nature walks to observe and learn about the fascinating array of bird species that inhabit these areas.


About the Location:
Participants should come prepared with water, snacks, bug spray, and other essential items to ensure a comfortable outdoor experience. There are no restroom facilities at this site.
Note: The terrain here is sandy and uneven, which may not be suitable for all participants.
