Brady Seals, a celebrated singer-songwriter and artist, is no stranger to musical success. With deep roots in the industry, he is part of a musical legacy that includes family members such as Jimmy Seals (Seals & Crofts) and Dan Seals, as well as iconic country songwriters Troy and Chuck Seals. Over the course of his career, Seals has sold over 11 million albums, charted hits across three genres, and garnered TV, radio, and film placements that continue to captivate audiences.

Seals' career as a touring musician began at 16, but he’s best known for his time with Little Texas. As the band’s keyboardist and co-lead singer for six years, Seals helped the group achieve platinum status, win ACM’s Vocal Group of the Year, and earn two Grammy nominations. The band's hits “What Might Have Been,” “God Blessed Texas,” and “My Love” — all co-written by Seals — were each #1 hits, earning him the ASCAP Triple Play Award.

In 1996, Seals launched a solo career, collaborating with Rodney Crowell to co-produce his Warner Bros album The Truth, which included the hit duet with Wynonna Judd, “Another You, Another Me.” The single sold over 100,000 copies, leading to a self-titled solo CD in 1998 with guest appearances from Vince Gill, Ricky Skaggs, and Bela Fleck. Seals also explored the pop/rock genre from 1999-2001 with his album Thompson Street, co-created with pop innovator Andy Sturmer of Jellyfish.

In 2002, Seals founded Hot Apple Pie, a group hailed as “Music City’s Super Group” by the music industry. The band’s debut album, released in 2005, featured country icon Willie Nelson and became the highest-selling debut country album in the Nielsen SoundScan era. Their single “Hillbillies Love It In The Hay” cracked the Top 20, while the music video soared to #1 on VH1 Country and was named one of CMT’s “Top 20 Sexiest Videos.” The band went on to perform at major festivals, including Summerfest, and shared the stage with country greats like Keith Urban and Tim McGraw.

In 2008, Seals released an independent solo album, Play Time, featuring Richard Marx and Stan Lynch of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers. He toured nationally in clubs and theaters for two years before, in 2015, co-founding Music City Pickers LIVE! alongside Gordon Kennedy — a songwriter show that featured legends such as Ricky Skaggs and Peter Frampton.

In 2016, Seals teamed up with Lua Crofts (daughter of Darrell "Dash" Crofts) to form Seals & Crofts 2, a tribute to the legendary Seals & Crofts duo. This project reinvents timeless hits like “Summer Breeze” and “Diamond Girl” with a fresh twist while introducing new material. That same year, Seals also joined The Petty Junkies, a Tom Petty tribute band composed of top Nashville musicians, bringing their own spin to Petty’s classic hits.

In 2024, Seals released a re-recorded version of his hit “My Love” in celebration of its 30th anniversary. The single is the first from his upcoming Greatest Hits & A Few Family Gems album. Additionally, Seals & Crofts 2 released their debut single, “Runnin’ to the Sun,” in the fall of 2024. Seals also released a new album called Misfits Vol 1 to all streaming platforms. To cap off an already impressive career, Brady was recently inducted into the Ohio Country Music Hall of Fame.
