A series of lovely three-hour yoga workshops at beautiful Old Park Meadow to rest and relax and let go of the everyday grind for a while!

• Gentle yoga to tune into our bodies and release held tension
• Breathwork to connect and calm our nervous system
• Mantra and mudra to fine tune and tap into our inner landscape
• Silent and mind-less(!) walk round the stunning grounds to become fully present (weather permitting)
• Finishing with a peaceful yoga nidra to rest fully and recharge
If you like the sound of all of this and would like to join me at the next Sunday Sangha. It would be great to share these simple and accessible practices if you're free and fancy! All welcome.
