🤰🏽Come along to our Monthly Pregnancy Meet Up where we experience Pregnancy Wellness at its finest.

The Friday Night Bump Club offers an exquisite monthly experience for expectant mothers, featuring yoga, breathing techniques, and guided relaxation. Set in the enchanting Zen Kidz studio in Dalgety Bay, you’ll be enveloped by billowing white sails, fairy lights, aromatherapy, and soothing music. 🕯️

Catch us on the last Friday of every month 7 - 8:30pm. Yummy smoothies and healthy treats are provided at the start of the evening while getting settled on the mat and meeting other mummies-to-be.

Suitable from 12 weeks+. We provide premium yoga props for your comfort, ensuring the perfect positioning for the pregnant body. Conclude your session with eye masks and blankets for ultimate relaxation. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, serene, and ready for a restful night’s sleep after a delightful evening of self-care.🤍

We have lots of returners each month and we welcome you as often as you would like and are able to come along during your pregnancy. 🤰🏻
