Glow from Within with ZILDA Holistic Therapies and Janine Swan

Zinaida will be leading Gua Sha and facial yoga followed by a journaling circle lead by Janine.

We will be focusing on inner beauty, inner confidence and releasing beliefs we’ve taken in from the beauty standards around us.

Please bring a note pad and pen. Gua Sha tool if you have one, however there are plenty in the studio ❤️
