What's included (at a glance):
🍫 3 hours of tuition with a limited class number to allow 1 on 1 learning.
🍫 Learn how chocolate is produced whilst sipping on a flavoured Chocolate Lab Belgian hot chocolate and doing some all important tasting.
🍫 Understand "tempering" and have a go at the slab tempering method.
🍫 Make and take home topped bars, toffee apple caramel filled lollies, marshmallow dipsticks for hot chocolate at home and topped or decorated chocolate lollies. (£40+ worth of chocolates).
🍫 Practice enrobing and create your own cocoa butter transfer to decorate your makes.
🍫 Decorate your lollies with toppings or have a go at drawing/writing with chocolate.
🍫 Package what you've made so you can show off to your friends. Plus enjoy 10% off at the shop on the day so you don't have to share.
There is a limit on spaces as this is an intimate session to allow more 1 on 1 learning so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Booking confirmed with a £45 deposit, the remainder is paid the week prior to the workshop.
