Yoga for Pregnancy & Birth

These are small specialist yoga classes for pregnancy, labour and birth. Classes are a combination of traditional and adaptive practices working with body breath and mind to ease aches and pains, stretch and strengthen, and calm and balance the pregnant body, as well as time to bond with baby inside. Classes are relaxed and welcoming, suitable for all abilities from 14 weeks gestation. Yoga practices can provide women with powerful tools and techniques to help them manage and move through labour, birth and early parenthood.
Classes can be booked as 10 week term pass $160, $90 for 5 week class card or $20 drop-in/ casual rate
classes run during school terms only
