I’m Lea, a family life coach and mum of three.
I studied geology originally, but motherhood brought me onto a different path. After feeling overwhelmed and stretched too thin, I began learning how to create more clarity and calm in everyday life.
Now I share those tools with other mothers who want to feel more grounded — without the pressure to do it all.
