Join us for an unforgettable evening of relaxation, adventure, and soulful sounds on the stunning Caladesi Island!
On Friday, July 25th, paddle out by stand-up paddleboard, kayak, or boat and immerse yourself in a calming sound bath meditation starting at 6:30 PM.
Lay back on your towel, soak in the healing vibrations, and enjoy the breathtaking views as we guide you through a peaceful, meditative experience with Jess Griffin and Sacred Soul Sound Healing, in partnership with The Dunedin Soul Tribe.
After the sound bath, paddle back to Dunedin Causeway around 7:30 PM — just in time to catch those epic sunset shots and savor the island’s beauty.
Remember, safety first:
be a proficient swimmer, wear a life jacket, and be mindful of your surroundings.
Don’t forget sun protection, water, bug spray, and a towel for the sound bath.

Note: Participants are responsible for their transportation to and from the island.
Important Notice:
The final ferry departing from the island to Honeymoon Island is at 6:30 PM. It is crucial that you do not arrive on the island for this event via that ferry, as the event will not be concluded before the last departure. Please plan accordingly to ensure your participation.
Please give yourself at least 60 minutes to paddle to the island from the Dunedin Causeway. To make it to the sound bath on time we’d suggest you launch from Dunedin Causeway by 5PM. The sound bath is 60 minutes and concludes at 7:30PM. The sunset is at 8:30PM. We will be on the island set up with the singing bowls earlier.
Other tips:
To fully enjoy the SUP paddle and sound bath adventure, we’d suggest planning a four hour journey. If you leave Dunedin Causeway by 4:30PM you will have plenty of time to paddle over to the island, swim, hang out, rehydrate and enjoy the 60 minute sound bath followed by a stunning sunset paddle back, reaching Dunedin Causeway by 8:30PM

We ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice, otherwise your ticket is non-refundable.
