Sunset Beach Yoga - YIN POP UP

** This class will be a special Yin Pop Up - a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on holding poses, or asanas, for longer durations (typically 3-5 minutes, sometimes longer) to target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints.

Get your Yoga on while letting it all go at the most gorgeous beach around with the original Honeymoon Island Sunset Beach Yoga! Class is all levels and totally beginner friendly. Melodie will guide you with your practice as your toes are in the sand, breathing in the sea breeze and focusing on the best view! We even have dolphin visits periodically at class. Grab a towel (mats get sandy), water and sunscreen. See you on the sand!
