This class aims to nurture new mothers and babies. Class is suitable from 6-8 weeks after birth until bubs is active and busy moving. This class focus is placed on easing tensions and re-strengthening mothers' bodies from birth-giving and baby care, and aiding the physical and mental development of your baby while deepening your growing bond together. Mothers Yoga classes aim to create a safe and supportive atmosphere, where a sense of community is fostered.
Because of limited room at The Movement Space we encourage you book your spot on the form above to ensure there is room for you. Classes usually run in 4-5 week blocks over the year (alongside the school term). This term, we are trialing a 9-week block. If you would prefer to commit to fewer weeks, no problem! Let us know and we'll work it out.
We offer these options:
$135 for a 9 week block of classes.
$20 Drop in - Casual if space
In most cases, missed block classes cannot be carried forward to the next block.

Payment can be made by cash at the door or bank transfer.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one and a throw, otherwise yoga mats and props will be provided. Plus please bring a blanket/throw for Bubs to lie on, and water for Mum.
