Parent & Child Acroyoga term three

Focused, fun classes for gaining strength, co-ordination & flexibility while your child builds confidence, trust, and communication skills.

Sessions will run for 60-minutes and include movement games & warm ups to keep focus & prevent injury, foundational Acroyoga techniques, poses and flows, and end with cooling down/stretching & a moment of quiet time with your child.

If parents are interested in working together while children quietly read or play at the side this is another option.

Book as a child-adult pair: $22 per session for both of you, or $180 for term three (nine sessions).

Fridays 3.30-4.30pm July 25th-September 19th

Suitable for school-aged children 5years and upwards. Progressive options are offered to suit different levels of experience.

Scholarships are available to those struggling from marginalized communities- please reach out if you feel called to join us but struggle to find the financial means.
