On Wednesday, August 13th from 7–9 PM at @mockfusiondunedin, we’ll gather in community to explore the magic of Late Summer (the Earth element season) and how it affects digestion, energy, emotions, and overall balance.

You’ll learn how to support your Spleen system with seasonal food, rhythm, and rituals. I’ll guide you through classical face reading, hands-on self-care practices, and you’ll leave with a beautifully curated Mini Congee Kit and a guided meditation to keep your center strong.
