Some of you may know that I recently faced a major health challenge.
But what I went through, and what I discovered along the way, is too important not to share. I believe it could make a real difference to your health and your future.
That’s why, even though it means pushing myself, I’m committing to a short speaking tour in Auckland and Dunedin. The insights I’ve gained are too valuable to keep to myself, and I don’t want to wait.
We’ve seen remarkable progress in science, particularly in how we can support the immune system and slow the ageing process. The reality is, every one of us will face a serious health challenge at some point.
Being informed and prepared can change everything. Knowing your options early could mean the difference between struggle and strength.
