Hatha Yoga – A Grounded, End-of-Week Practice
Oh Hatha Yoga, the traditional foundation from which many modern yoga styles originate.
This pop-up session will explore the fundamentals of yogic breath to cultivate relaxation, awareness, and presence as we arrive at the end of the week.
The practice will gently flow into deeply releasing postures, including:
• A short standing sequence
• A nourishing integration phase to relax and ground at the end of the session
This is an approachable, all-levels experience, suitable whether you’re new to yoga or returning to the mat.
This is a Koha-based offering
Suggested koha:
$10 unwaged
$20 waged
All contributions support travel and living expenses connected to this work and practice.
