Free Acroyoga session at the Dança Latina Dunedin studio!

The class will happen this Friday (July 18th) at 5pm and EVERYONE is welcome. The address is 3 Stafford st, suite 4 second floor.

Acroyoga is a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics. Acroyoga includes many types of (mostly recreational) partner and group acrobatics in which at least someone is lifted. As such, it can include aspects of circus arts, cheerleading, and dance acro.

It’s inclusive and collaborative, and includes partner stretches and therapeutics.

No need to confirm or bring a partner to attend, just show up! Feel free to invite your friends!!
