Dunedin Goes Carting Halloween Parade 2025

Staging & Cart Costume Contest: 5:00 PM at VFW Post 2550, 360 Douglas Ave, Dunedin

Parade Departure: 7:30 PM through Downtown Dunedin, looping through Mease

Event Highlights:

• Trunk or Treat: Bring your little ghouls and goblins to enjoy treats while checking out the decorated carts.
• Cart Costume Contest: Deck out your golf cart in the spookiest, funniest, or most creative costume. Feel free to hand out candy during the staging party.
• Live Music & Entertainment: Enjoy live music and performances throughout the night to set the festive mood.
• Food & Drinks: Grab a bite from the grill and drinks from the bar at the VFW. All are welcome.

Important Guidelines:

• Safety First: Do not throw candy into the streets. This is crucial for children’s safety and to minimize cleanup.
• Decorations: This is a family-friendly community event — please avoid any political or controversial signs or messages. If displayed, you may be asked by the sheriff to remove them.
• Responsible Fun: Please designate a sober driver. Let’s keep this a fun and safe event for everyone.
• Golf Carts Only: This event is strictly for golf carts. No other vehicles are permitted, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, e-bikes, side-by-sides, slingshots, rollerblades, skateboards, or anything with wings. Sorry, horses, llamas, unicycles, or magic carpets are not allowed either — even if they’re dressed in Halloween costumes!

This event is free, but registration is required. Please register your golf cart and display your ticket with QR code on your windshield for entry.
