Reiki Level 1 Class

Join us for this small group in-person Reiki Level 1 Class taught by Cybele Shana Lerman, Reiki Master/Teacher.

Class size is limited so register early!

In this class you will learn about:

• the History of this Japanese healing modality
• traditional meditations to clear your mind, body and spirit
• the Reiki hand positions
• how to practice Reiki on yourself
• how to practice a session on a friend of family member
• practicing Reiki on plants, animals, children, elders
• and much more!

In class you will receive:

- 4 attunements (a spiritual blessing ritual that helps clear your energy channels to receive this high frequency energy and share it with others)

- a printed manual to take home

-a certificate of completion

- a 15 minute coaching call with Cybele the week after class to go over any questions you may have as you start your practice on yourself and friends and family, and the opportunity to do a practice session and try out your new skill on your teacher, Cybele if you'd like!

Please bring snacks to eat on a short break, a large water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.

Class will be held at the beautiful and serene Awaken To Healing Center in Dunedin conveniently located right off Hwy 19 at 2194 Main St, Suite O, Dunedin, Florida.

Cybele has been sharing the powerful energy of Reiki for over 20 years. She loves bringing it to the community and assisting her students and clients with their healing and learning journeys, helping them return to a state of true freedom and empowerment. Please note: Class will be held with 3 or more students. If only 2 students have registered 2 days before class, students will be given the option to take the class on thenext scheduled class date, or take a 2 on 1 class with both registered students at a slightly higher rate, ($288 instead of $222).
