Big Morning Run 2025

Hill City-University Athletics Club Rooms, 48 Logan Park Drive, Dunedin.

At 8am on Sunday, 12 October, Hill City-University joins forces with our friends at Leith Harriers to co-host a ‘Big Morning Run’.

This event is part of Hill City-University Athletic Club’s usual Sunday Long Run from the HCU clubrooms at 8:00 am, as part of the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand’s Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) from 6-12 October 2025.

Everyone is welcome (and encouraged) to attend this free event!

The Big Morning Run highlights great local clubs across New Zealand and shows how running and connection can boost mental health.
