Three-week course designed to build your confidence using & adapting patterns; construction tips; fitting and finishing. Each term we cover a versatile beginner-friendly and gender neutral garment (with options for personal style preferences). For more confident students, extension options include upgrading the features such as adding pockets, and adapting the design. Each piece helps you build a great versatile capsule wardrobe!
All tools and materials are also included, and the pattern is your to keep and reuse in the future with any fabric of your choice!
Term 3 project: LB PULLOVER design from Paper Theory
Versatile top for casual or polished looks. The LB pullover is cut wide and boxy with a relaxed fit and low dropped shoulders. Beginner options include either short or long sleeves, and turtle or crew neckline. For the more adventurous, we’ll cover adjusting the length (tunic/t-shirt dress option), further neckline variations, and adding patch pockets.
