Beach 🏝️ Boot Camp

Functional training mixed with fun in the sun ☀️
See you guys on Saturday at 9am. Who’s in? Please bring a mat, water, a towel, and any weights you may have. I have extra if you don’t have them, or body weight is fine as well.
Location is the last strip of Causeway on the left before the bridge to Honeymoon Island 🏝️
Just past the public restrooms.
