SUMMERTIME FLOW~ 9AM!
Park yoga is in SUMMER SWING Saturday's at 9am. In the heat of the summer, our body naturally slows down to adjust to external elements AND to savor practice. Our summer practices are designed to meet the needs of rising temperatures and deeper, slower movement.
Recommended to bring: water (electrolytes), props (strap,blocks, large blanket for under mat), and FRIENDS!!
We practice under the shade of the Oak trees by water, Dunedin Youth Guild Park, 2750 Bayshore Blvd Dunedin FL. Park by overpass and head towards St Joseph Sound.
Class is sliding scale $12-20 day of, venmo accepted
