Like a warm cup of tea on a crisp autumn morning, this practice restores balance and comfort from the inside out.
As the leaves turn and the air cools, autumn invites us to slow down and look inward. This class combines the grounding practice of yin yoga with the gentle presence of mindfulness to create space for renewal.
In yin yoga, we explore floor-based poses held for several minutes, allowing the muscles to relax so the deeper layers of fascia, joints, and connective tissues can gently release. This practice improves flexibility, enhances circulation, and helps balance the flow of energy throughout the body.
The stillness of each pose becomes a gateway to mindfulness, cultivating awareness, acceptance, and calm. By weaving meditation and breath into the practice, you’ll leave feeling rested, open, and deeply connected — ready to move through the season with ease.
