Geraldine Heeney was one of Dundalk finest musicians,playing both Piano and Piano Accordion in the many venues around the town and country..

Geraldine played at many Feiseanna, Macra, and variety talent shows throughout the years.. but her greatest joy was bringing music to senior citizens and children in Castletown girls school and De la Salle boys school...

Her Castletown Rd home (The wee house) door was always wide open at the ready for a sing song..there was no escaping it..

The gift of music held so precious by Geraldine seeps through the generations for this one night, only homage to this wonderful grandmother, aka Bigmam.
