Formed in 1999 in Cork, Ireland, Pontious Pilate & The Naildrivers came about because of their love of the energy, message and fun of ska and punk music.
They have also been writing, performing and independently releasing their own music for a number of years now, to a loyal and growing audience.
As well as their own headlining events, they have shared the stage with such luminaries as The Undertones, Bad Manners, The Skatalites, The Beat, Stiff Little Fingers and The Selector.
Festival appearances include:
Electric Picnic, Sea Sessions, Spraoi, Cork Jazz Festival, City of Derry Jazz Festival, It Takes A Village, Irish International Ska & Reggae Festival.
