Why not join me on. a beautiful hike in a gorgeous part of the Cooley Mountains that will take us up from the Long Woman's Grave to Foxes Rock with it's wonderful views over Omeath and Carlingford Lough. From there we will drop down into a small valley with mountain ponds before making our way up to our second peak, Ravens Rock.
The views from here are also incredible with Sliabh Foy and the rest of the Cooley Mountains surrounding us 😀
After a short break here we will start winding our way down the hills with a stop off at Split Rock and Hollapolla cave. The trail back to our starting point will take us past mountain rivers and forests and has stunning views at every turn.
The route is steep from the outset and has uneven mountain terrain so a decent level of fitness is required as are proper clothing and footwear.
