Compete for the Title of Homemade Ice Cream Champion at the Kochendorfer Brewing Company Ice Cream Social on Saturday, September 6th from 3-5pm.

1. Entry fee is $20.00 and will go into a pot. Winner of the best homemade ice cream chosen based on confidential judges evaluation will receive the prize money. Limiting to 15 contestants.
2. Tasting wristbands are $5 the day of the event 13 and under $1. The band includes a tasting from each ice cream entry and two voting tickets. Ticket one will be used to vote for People's Choice and Ticket two will be used to vote for best themed table/costume.
3.There will be three categories
-Best overall ice cream - Winner wins prize money and a medal
- People's Choice- $50gift basket/cookware plus a medal
- Best Themed setup/table- $25 gift certificate and a medal
Rules-
-Contestants must use safe food handling techniques
-Serving utensils must be supplied with each entry
-A lid or covering must be used when submitting entry to judges
-Ice Cream entries must be served at 3pm for judging
- Themed decor/costuming is encouraged and contestants are responsible for setup and clean up of their station
-KBC will provide tables, tasting cups, spoons, tickets for categories 2 and 3, access to electricity, and ballot boxes.
-Contestants can sell a bowl of their ice cream for $1. Contestants are required to provide change for purchases. Contestants are also required to provide serving dishes and utensils for purchased ice cream.
-All entries must be pre-made prior and presented ready to eat.
-Clean up can begin after Award announcements at 5pm.
