She is also the founder of makesauerkraut.com, a website dedicated to helping people to discover the delicious, gut-healing world of fermented foods. She has been teaching and perfecting the art of fermentation since 2002.
Holly was born in California and now she and her family make the beautiful Cowichan Valley their home.
