**PLEASE NOTE - DAY/TIME CHANGE FOR THIS EVENT**
Meow Cat Rescue WV will host our SMORGASBOARD Bingo at 230pm SUNDAY, October 19, 2025 at the Wilson University Union at West Virginia State University. We have over $8,000 worth of authentic purses from Coach, Michael Kors, Kate Spade and Vera Bradley PLUS 5 special SMORGASBOARD games for surprise prizes - think big! Doors will open at 1pm and BINGO starts at 2:30pm. Proceeds will help Meow Cat Rescue's mission to rescue adoptable lost, abandoned or surrendered cats and kittens in the Tri-State area.
**A few changes due to COVID**
Ticket price is $50 (you will receive one board for EACH of the 25 games played) and ALL packets must be prepaid/purchased - general admission includes 9 faces per game/20 games in a packet for designer purses and then 5 special games - 1board/3 faces EACH for surprise prizes like TV's, laptops & more! There will also be raffle games, tips, 50/50 raffle, extra game packets and silent auction items. Concessions will be available - drinks and prepackaged food/snack items.
We will only be allowing ticketed guests entry into the facility and due to space constraints ONLY 300 tickets will be sold. All state Covid guidelines will be followed.
We will be creating a seating chart that will be prepared by MCR representatives prior to the event. When purchasing tickets, PLEASE indicate who will be in your party as no changes will be made the day of the event. Again, you must be a paid guest to enter the facility. We all want to get back to "normal" and we will do our best to have a great event and keep everyone safe!

All ticket sales are FINAL and the purchase of your packet/entry is your agreement to hold harmless MCRWV and its representatives in case of any illness or Covid related issues during/after event.
