Evaluation is all about measuring your impact. Designing your evaluation methods and sharing your learning are important parts of the evaluation cycle.
This session will take you through the process of choosing creative ways to engage with your beneficiaries and explain the difference your work makes.

- Measure your indicators using identified methods
- Use best practice when writing your evaluation report

This session is suitable for senior management and lead officers at third sector organisations in Dumfries and Galloway
WHO DELIVERS THE TRAINING:
This session will be delivered by Jane Stanistreet, our Head of Resources and Development. Jane provides leadership on key areas of organisation effectiveness, including financial management and income. She also oversees the development of our fund / grant management practice and a number of development programmes.
HOW WILL IT BE DELIVERED:
This training will take place on Zoom. A link with the joining instructions will be sent out before the session.
