ALL CAR ENTRANTS & VENDOR STALLS PAY ON THE DAY AT THE ACTUAL EVENT. DO NOT TRANSFER ANY MONEY ONLINE REGARDING THIS EVENT.
This event is hosted by St. Albans Sports Club, St. Albans Cricket Club & St. Albans Football Club with the supported charity being The Royal Children's Hospital.
The event is at Kings Park Reserve on Gillespie Road, Kings Park
$20 entry for Cars. $10 entry for Bikes.
Show vehicles enter gate on Gillespie Rd.
(Cash preferred, EFT available on the day)
Gates open 7:30am for display vehicles.
Please arrive early as event will fill fast.
Registration closes 11:00am SHARP.
Trophy Presentation 1:30pm.
Gold Coin Public entry from 9am.
Public parking available on site for $5. Enter via Magnolia Avenue (St. Albans Bowls Club entrance)
No BYO BBQ's or alcohol allowed.
Pets welcome but must be on a short lead entire time.
Strictly no push bikes allowed on oval at any time during event.
There is no pre-entry. Enter & register on arrival at event. Entry form handed out on arrival at gate (gate is on Gillespie Road).
Lucky door prize eligible for all vehicles. (to be drawn after presentations. Must be present to claim prize).
Open to all Veteran, Vintage, Classic & Modern Cars and Motorcycles.
Over 50 trophies on offer including best overall car and bike.
Larger categories have extra trophies (check Discussion tab for details of trophy categories).
There will be a live Band, BBQ catering for breakfast & lunch, coffee van, ice-cream van, canteen & bar.
(we are not taking food & beverage stalls, so no need to apply)
Non food stalls are $100 and must register details prior to event.
No swap meet stalls accepted.
Club Display groups must let us know via email prior to event and also on arrival that they are part of a Club Display (and to arrive together).
