A Therapeutic Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes in the mind and body.
There is no effort required. There is nothing for you to do but switch off and unwind as Tommy from The Sonic Den takes you on a journey to a place of deep restorative rest, inner calm and harmony.

The experience begins with each person lying down on their Yoga mat or sitting in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and pillows for extra comfort. After a few minutes of mindful breathing, visualisation and intention setting you are taken on a sonic experience filled with the sounds, vibrations and frequencies of various overtone-emitting instruments, including Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, HandPan, Frame Drum, Koshi Chimes, Flow Chimes, Ocean Drum, Native American Flutes, Shruti Box and softly sung mantra vocals. ๏ปฟ
When you sink into a Sound Bath experience with Tommy from The Sonic Den your awareness shifts and your brainwave activity slows from the active mind into a more relaxed Theta or Alpha Brainwave state. The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness. ~ Sessions are suitable for ages 12 and up. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
