Intro to Canoeing for Adults 3/4

Alongside the usual adult session, we're running a 4-week Intro to Canoeing series.

This series aimed to:
*take paddlers with little to no canoeing from complete novice to having the foundations required to enjoy peaceful canoe touring paddles
*provide the building blocks for more adventurous paddlers to get out on white water in canoe.

Kayakers also can gain a lot from this series too if you want to understand the dark art of canoeing and improve your paddling skills

Sessions will include efficient forwards paddling, turning, sideway paddling, stopping, rescue skills and support strokes. Places will be limited to 6. As we will be building on skills week on week, please block the dates in the diary! Email the club to book your place!
