When Ads Go Rogue
From social media to signage, all Georgia licensees must follow GREC advertising rules. This course helps agents create compliant ads and shows brokers how to supervise them under Rule 520-1-.09 and O.C.G.A. § 43-40-25.gen Agents will learn what to include, what to avoid, and the risks of non-compliance. Brokers will get tools for oversight and reducing liability. Real-world examples and GREC case studies will provide clear steps for staying compliant.
