Sparking a Journaling Practice

Have you ever wanted to keep a journal, but find yourself unsure how to begin or stop after only a few days? Do you already keep a journal but want to mix it up? If that sounds like you, Sparking a Journaling Practice can kickstart a whole new way of thinking on paper and getting your favorite writing tools moving across the page.

In this hands-on workshop you will start journaling using different techniques that can be used in many ways. You will be provided with tools and ideas for ways to start (and keep) journaling.
