A calming blend of gentle movement, guided meditation, and the soothing sounds of crystal bowls.
You’ll start with a slow flow yoga practice to release tension and reconnect with your body. From there, we’ll ease into stillness with meditation and the restorative vibrations of a sound bath to leave you feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.
